1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Lunara Automations, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.
2. Description of Service
Lunara provides an AI-powered receptionist that answers calls, captures customer information, and schedules appointments on behalf of your business.
3. Accounts & Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Integrations
By connecting third-party services such as Google Calendar, you authorize Lunara to access those services solely to provide the functionality you approve.
5. Billing & Payments
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not use Lunara for unlawful purposes, abuse of telephony systems, or activities that interfere with the service.
7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Lunara is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. You remain responsible for business decisions and customer commitments made using the service.
