Lunara Automations (“Lunara”, “we”, “us”) provides an AI receptionist and appointment scheduling platform for businesses. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our services.

We may collect account information, call and appointment data, integration data (Google Calendar tokens tied to your business), and billing status via Stripe.
3. How We Use Information
We use this information to operate Lunara, schedule appointments, maintain security, prevent abuse, and provide customer support.
4. Google Calendar Access
If you connect Google Calendar, Lunara can create, update, and delete calendar items related to appointments booked by your AI receptionist, and may create a dedicated calendar (“Lunara Appointments”) for organization. You may revoke access at any time in your Google Account settings.
5. Sharing
We share information only with providers needed to run the service (e.g., hosting, Twilio for telephony, Stripe for billing). We do not sell personal information.
6. Data Retention
We retain data only as long as necessary to provide the service and meet legal obligations. You can request deletion by contacting support.
